JUBILEE CIRCLES FACT SHEET

General Directive

In order to cooperate with prophetic words spoken over Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and the surrounding states by local and national prophetic voices, Pastor Bidal Torrez, in following the Holy Spirit, is to establish 12 Jubilee Prayer Circles that cover the entire state of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Purpose —

To learn about, promote and practice intercession –To discover blessings and curses (mapping). Spiritual mapping is the accumulation and organization of historical data, which reveals the physical effects of what has taken place in the spiritual/heavenly realm. –To become the watchmen and gatekeepers of our own region –To experience the glory of God and become gates of the glory of God

Administration

Jubilee Circles – 50 miles radius; 100 miles diameter (Double Jubilee)

Each Circle will be divided into 4 quadrants. Each quadrant will be led by 1 local lead intercessor; thus, 4 local lead intercessors per Circle. 4 representing 4 winds, omnipresence of God & altar of God; 4 horns/arms of prayer on the altar (Exodus 27:2)

Each Circle will have one main lead intercessor, chosen from the 4 local lead intercessors of each Circle; thus 12 main lead intercessors across the state. 12 representing government and man; 12 fruits from the tree of life; to bring healing to the states and nations

Each Circle may have an unlimited number of individual prayer groups within it and an unlimited number of intercessors. Each individual prayer group will have its own leader.

Circles are not limited to ‘called Intercessors.’ Circles can include pastors, ministry leaders, lay people, anyone interested.

Prayer groups that are already established or new prayer groups are not required to pray only for Jubilee Circles issues. We welcome and support all prayer groups that choose to align with the vision of the Jubilee Circles and that desire to include Jubilee Circles prayer needs along with their other prayer concerns.

Pastor Torrez will visit each circle periodically.

Scripture References

Psalm 24:3 “Lift up your heads, O you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of Glory may come in.”
Joshua 19:27 ‘reach’ – to extend and make intercession for removing demonic forces
Judges 1:3 & 19:1,9 Judah asked Simeon to help, and they received the same blessing because they helped.
Judges 1:31,32 Asher did not drive out the inhabitants.
Judges 2:1-6,11,12 Verse 3 ‘snare’ – the people would be a snare (or offense) to the Israelites if not removed from the land Verse 4 ‘wept’ – not true repentance
Judges 3:9 ‘Othniel’ means “force of God.” Intercessors are praying that the Othniel spirit comes upon all intercessors. Othniel, Caleb’s nephew, delivered the people and then there were 40 years of peace. Ezekiel 1:15-21 Jubilee Circles are like Ezekiel’s wheels within wheels – picturing prophetic gifts, visions, dreams; also teaches ability to move in many directions.

JUBILEE CIRCLES DECLARATIONS

Wisconsin is to –
Appropriate the blood of Jesus over Wisconsin.
Proclaim the names of Jesus starting in the middle of the state, north to south Soak Wisconsin with the love of God – God is love (Jn 16:27; Rom 5:5; Jer 4:1-3; Hosea 10:12).
Continually intercede for revelation concerning Wisconsin destiny and strength to fulfill it.
Prophetically release; Isaiah 41 prophetic release was done on Saturday, September 20th, at Copper Harbor, Michigan. (Pastor Bidal Torrez, Pastor Paul Marin, Pastor Pat Wilmert and 35 intercessors. Hwy 41 travels from Copper Harbor, Michigan to Miami, Florida; crosses eight states).
Intercessors are the ‘new threshing rod with sharp teeth.’ (Isaiah 41:15-16). “Threshing” in Hebrew means ‘interceding, winning and rejoicing in the Lord.’ Micah 4:11-13 Your intercession gathered the principalities, etc. (Ephesians 6:10-20) to the threshing floor of judgment. As you intercede, He will make your horn (strength) like iron, your hooves (feet) like bronze and you will beat your enemy to pieces and you will give all the rewards to the Lord.

Circle 1

          Declarations:

You are the watchmen who hear the word of the Lord and give them warning (Ezek 3:16-18). God is releasing the Father’s love in southern Wisconsin. God’s love is like a wave traveling north through Wisconsin; along with it will come an Apostolic anointing. Stewardship.

DECREES FOR 2010

You in Circle 1 pray Hebrews 12:14 – “Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification (holiness) without which no one will see the Lord.”

There are people looking for love in all the wrong places. Because of this the spirit of harlotry is able to lead many away from the love of God.Hosea 5:4 says, “Their deeds will not allow them to turn to their God. For the spirit of harlotry is in their midst and they do not know the Lord.”

Wisconsin has the chance to be a first fruit state, a gate of revival to the nation. But, it is also a gate to the spirit of harlotry. From the north a river of God will flow. But, dams need to be put in place to stop the flow of lust that is out of control. Strip clubs, adult bookstores and pornography are destroying marriages, young ladies and men.

Pray that Wisconsin and especially that Circle 11 would go from addiction to abundant living. We don’t need dirty streams or sewer pipes coming from the north. We need the drink that Jesus offered in John 4:14 – “Whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst.”

Many of you that know the history of Hurley can understand that a little town can be a gate for the spirit of lust. Even though there is more sin taking place in our major cities, Hurley is still a door to the spirit of lust.

We give thanks and pray for the saints of that area, which I met with for a Circle 11 meeting in November.

They are like the saints of Revelation 2:12-17 – pray that they will continue to hold fast to the name of the Lord (verse 13) and that they would confront the doctrine of Balaam and the Nicolaitans.

Pray that the angel of God would assist them and provide them with hidden manna to eat, (Verse 17) which is spiritual substance that strengthens their inner man.

Ephesians 6:8 is a word for you this year – “Knowing that whatever good anyone does, he will receive the same from the Lord, whether he is slave or free.”

       Declarations:

You are entering into a realm of the prophetic and the Elijah anointing (Rev 19:10). Focus on: 1) preaching eternal life, 2) declaring the names of the Lord, 3) Jubilee of the Holy Spirit and unity.

DECREES FOR 2010

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord (Ps. 150:6)

Those of you in Circle 2 are to praise Him with every breath you take. Your life is continual praise to Him. For you are God’s workmanship (Eph. 2:10). You are a symphony in motion. Your praise will keep you in harmony with the events of heaven. Through your praises your steps will stay in rhythm with His will.

Praise is not a suggestion; it is a command. From the word ‘praise’ we get the word ‘hallelujah,’ which means “All of you must praise Him.” And we are commanded in Psalm 100:1-5 just that – “Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands!” Serve (worship) the Lord with gladness. Come before His presence with singing (verses 1,2).” “Enter His courts with praise (verse 4).” To enter the King’s court without praise and thanksgiving is to be arrogant and inappropriate. We must come to celebrate Him with song and admiration.

These songs of admiration are the new songs inspired by the Holy Spirit (Ps. 149:1). These are spiritual songs and melodies in our hearts (Eph. 5:19). We receive these new songs because we accept the invitation of Revelation 4:1 to “Come up here.” As we accept this invitation to enter the realm of the Spirit we “come to Mount Zion (Christianity) and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly (festal gathering) and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven to God, the judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect (Heb. 12:22-23).”

Pray that Wisconsin would become a state where perfect praise is a way of life.

Perfect praise is when one is totally focused on Christ with body, soul and spirit. This is worshipping in spirit and truth. (Ps. 149:3; 63:1-8; John 4:23, 24)

Through your prayers and praise Wisconsin will go through a great transformation. It’s a transformation from depression to celebration. Isaiah 61:2 says, “This is the acceptable year of the Lord.” (favor of God)

Isaiah 61:2-3: 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, 3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”

A garment of praise is a wrap or cover that leaves no opening through which the enemy can come in. In Numbers 23 Balaam couldn’t curse the people of God because there was no iniquity in Jacob and the shout of a king was among them (verse 21).

Receive and release the anointing of Judah (praise).

Judah received the highest blessing of all his brothers. He was told that he would triumph over all his enemies. And, it was the tribe of Judah (praise) that led Israel through the wilderness (Num. 2:3,9).

Circle 2 — Lead Wisconsin into victory in 2010.

Declarations:

Get ready for supernatural journeys. Elijah traveled 40 days in the strength of a cake and water brought to him by an angel. (1 Kings 19:5-8; Ezek 8:1-3; 2 Cor 12:1-7 (Paul); Acts 8:39,40 (Philip); Pray for the Apostolic mantle to be released and faith, hope and love.

DECREES For 2010

Galatians 3:13-14

13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Because we are redeemed we are new creatures in Christ. Colossians 1:13 tells us that He has ‘delivered’ us from the power (kingdom) of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of His love (light). Verse 15 says He is ‘the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.’

Romans 8:29 tells us that we are to ‘be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.’

It is from this image that you in Circle 3 should pray that the redeemed walk in the abundance of God. Romans 8:26 says, ‘likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered.’

As you pray in the Spirit this year let the Holy Spirit take you into prophetic intercession for your Circle and Wisconsin.

The word the Lord gave me for you is -‘Intercede for the wealth of God to be released (experienced).’

John 10:10

10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

 

We are, according to Galatians 3:29, the seed and heirs of Abraham who are entitled to John 10:10.

The redeemed of the Lord are set free from the curses of spiritual death, sickness and poverty.

John declared over us that we should walk in spiritual prosperity, physical prosperity and material prosperity.

3 John 2 says, “Beloved, I wish (pray) above all things that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

For this to manifest we need to pray for the right influences to come into our lives. The wrong influences can affect our spiritual destiny. Pray that the people of God would not walk, stand or sit in the counsel of the scornful. (Ps. 1:1)

Pray that they would delight and meditate on the word of God. (Ps. 1:2)

Pray that they would become like trees planted by the river that flows from the throne of God, (Ez. 47:1; Ps. 1:3) whose leaves do not wither, but are like medicine. (Ez 47:12)

True people like this will prosper. (Ps 1:3; Ez. 47:10)

As Moses reminded the people in Deut. 8:18 God reminds us again – “For it is He who gives us the power to get wealth, that He may establish (confirm) His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.”

Pray for this power (force, capacity, ability, endurance) to be experienced in Wisconsin.

Remember, God is not bound by our economy. He is “able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. To Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” (Eph. 3:20-21)

Pray in accordance to Amos 9:13-15 – that everything happen at once.

Amos 9:13-15

13 ” Behold, the days are coming,” says the LORD,
” When the plowman shall overtake the reaper,
And the treader of grapes him who sows seed;
The mountains shall drip with sweet wine,
And all the hills shall flow with it.
14 I will bring back the captives of My people Israel;
They shall build the waste cities and inhabit them;
They shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them;
They shall also make gardens and eat fruit from them.
15 I will plant them in their land,
And no longer shall they be pulled up
From the land I have given them,”
Says the LORD your God.

Proverbs 10:22 – “The blessing of the Lord makes one rich and He adds no sorrow with it.”

Your assignment for the year is to pray that the prosperity of the Lord would be increased throughout Wisconsin.

Declarations:

Declare that He is everything (Rev 1:8 Alpha & Omega; the Almighty )

(Rev 4:8). Pray for unity (Eph 4:3-6).

DECREES 2010

Circle 4 God is calling you to ride high on the highway of heaven, but to also pray to the Lord of the harvest for messengers to go to every highway and byway looking for the lost.

You have many natural highways. But, Highway 39 will be our main focus in 2010.

’39’ represents King Asa, who imprisoned Hanani, the seer in 2 Chronicles 16:9-14. You need to pray for the seers of Wisconsin who have been imprisoned by the spirit of Asa to be released – As Peter was released by an angel in Acts 5:19 and Paul and Silas by earthquakes in Acts 16:25-34.

It’s time for the prophetic children of God to arise and shine. Wisconsin needs the sons and daughters that prophesy. We need the young and old of vision and dream.

Pray that today God would raise up men and women with the favor of man upon them as it was on Zechariah toward Zerubbabel. It is time for us to be respected by our politicians, so that we can influence our state and bring it back to its divine destiny.

John 3:12-14 tells us to lift up Jesus in the same way as Moses lifted the serpent and brought healing. So will the lifting up of Jesus bring healing to Wisconsin.

As the names of Jesus are lifted up His glory will come at a new level. (Please read Isaiah 35.)

Circle 4 you are “the voice of one crying in the wilderness. Prepare the way of the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God. (Is. 40:3)”

Declarations: Declare peace, hope and a good future (Jer 29:11). This text is at the center of Wisconsin and it is the text that started a great move of God at VHC in 1994. I believe that if Wisconsin would believe and receive this promise a great outpouring of His Spirit will come.

Declarations: Pray that Wisconsin would test the spirits to see if they be of God or not (1 Jn 4:1-3). Pray that Wisconsin would resist the devil (James 4:7). Pray that God would give us more and that He would protect the prophetic women of Wisconsin (Acts 2:17; 21:8, 9).

Declarations: Pray that God would bring upon us the good that He has promised
(Jer 32:42). Pray Isaiah 55:11, “…God’s word shall not return void, but it shall accomplish that which He pleases and it shall prosper in the thing that He sent it.” Pray that Wisconsin would be a faithful steward and receive the Key of David (Is 22:22). This Key symbolizes we have responsibility in the Kingdom of God and have access to all its secrets and treasures and authority (Mt 16:19).
